Malcova's MONARC platform represents a fundamental rethink of breast imaging. MONARC uses a narrow beam approach that eliminates compression entirely, reduces radiation exposure, and produces imaging data that AI models can analyze with greater precision.

The company has validated its core technology using a patented human-like twin breast phantom — a medically accurate surrogate that allows rigorous pre-clinical testing. Human trials are now underway at Yale University, one of the nation's leading academic medical centers, providing both clinical validation and institutional credibility.
